Tai Chi
I have been teaching and practising the Chinese Arts of Tai Chi and qigong for 28 years. I am a qualified master grade instructor for the East-West Taoist Association (EWTA)
Tai chi is a soft martial art used to maintain and improve health and fitness. Its beautiful, flowing movements are a joy to watch and to practise. Modern research shows tai chi to be of benefit to many conditions including high blood pressure, insomnia, arthritis and type 2 diabetes.
Qigong encompasses a wide variety of breathing, and stretching exercises and meditation. In China qigong exercises are often prescribed to aid the patient's recovery to health.

Meditation Classes
Transform your stress into energy.
I run occasional classes in Taoist meditation which you can join as a one off or on a regular basis. This is non-religious meditation based on Chinese medicine principles. The techniques are ideal for emotional balance and self-healing. Small informal groups and lots of tea drinking!
